Google’s Employee said that Android OS Mobile Anti-Virus App Makers are “Charlatans & Scammers”

Chris DiBona is no fan of mobile anti-virus app, and he’s not afraid to say it. DiBona took to Google+ to decry companies who, as he believes, stoke fear and misinformation about mobile device “virus” threats in order to sell software.

As well as announcing the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, Samsung Galaxy Note, and the Samsung Wave 3 Bada 2.0 smartphone, Samsung has also announced the Galaxy S WiFi 3.6, which is a new PMP and joins the growing range of Samsung WiFi personal media players.
As well as announcing the new HTC Titan, HTC also announced another Windows Phone 7.5 Mango smartphone, the HTC Radar, which will come with the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile OS.
