Samsung i897_1

Recently, there’s a new AT&T Android, a dual-SIM handset for Europe and China, and Samsung put another name to the list of aliases. First up is the Samsung i897, which has specs very similar to the Samsung I9000 Galaxy S. The Samsung i897 is an Android v2.1 OS-based phone that powered with 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, though it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

The Samsung i897 has a 4-inch AMOLED screen, (though DoubleDT.Com not sure if it’s Super or vanilla AMOLED) and packs a 5MP camera behind. Unfortunately, another thing that DoubleDT.Com doesn’t know is whether it has 720p video recording capabilities or not.

Samsung B7702

Next, the Samsung B7722 / B7702 dual-SIM handset, both of them are basically the same phone, except that the Samsung B7722 is directed toward Europe and the other one is going to China. Duo has both 2G and 3G connectivity (the B7702 use TD-SCDMA, rather than the “normal” 3G).

The Samsung B7722 / B7702 features a 3.2-inch touchscreen with 240 x 432p resolution and an odd 5MP built-in camera, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi and social networking. The B7722 is expected to be available in Europe on June 10th for €354 excluding VAT.

Samsung S3370Last but not least, the Samsung S3370, which already has more alternate identities that an international spy launched in India under the name Samsung S3370 Star Nano 3G. It should be available on the market for Rs. 7,320 (US$157 or €127). For that price, also receive a 2GB microSD card and a leather pouch in the package.
